A recent roto exercise completed in Nuke featuring a panoramic tilt-up shot of a city skyline. For this exercise, I roto animated three separate skyscrapers across the shot — one screen left, one screen right, and one central building.

The main focus of this piece was developing cleaner roto workflows and improving shape management while keeping the number of keyframes as efficient as possible. I also paid close attention to making sure each shape choice felt logical to the structure and motion of the buildings throughout the camera move.
